Aquaculture - The Crab Company of Fiji (Ltd)

The Crab Company of Fiji (Ltd) is seeking a suitable joint venture partnership with a foreign investor to undertake the exporting of mud crabs. This is by using a fully integrated production and marketing system that includes a sophisticated hatchery and nursery, company extension services and farmer support, provision of farms inputs, pen construction, quality control, processing and export of live and chilled crabs. This is also an excellent opportunity for expansion into soft shell crab production and beche-demer aquaculture.

The successful joint venture partner will be required to provide start up capital and operational funds for a start up phase of the venture and also contribute to the general management of the company and provide marketing support in targeted export markets.
