Tweet this pageVanuavunimali Investment Limited is seeking a foreign partner to assist in the development of the proposed Crimson Tierra Lodge as an Eco Tourism Backpackers lodge. The proposal/intention/ future plan is to renovate the 6 existing bures and a dinning area which can cater for 100 people, there is also the plan to build another build another 5 bures.
The proposed development site is situated on the northern part of Yaqeta Island at about 921m from Matacawalevu village. The area is about 2.0433 hectares owned by the Mataqali of Vanuakula of the village of Matacawalevu; District of Nacula, Yawasa.
The island is the fifth island in the Yasawa Group, when traveling to the Yasawas and is about 80km North from Lautoka city.
The site development is about 1.0km north from Matacawalevu village and about 190 m white sandy beach surround the area.
