Location
The subject property is within a predominantly rural setting in a locality known as Korodogo. The site is of irregular shape with rugged undulating contour (rolling hills) filled with grassland and dense bush. The subject endorses a derelict house and it has a panoramic view of the Korodogo coast.
The subject property can be accessed through the Korodogo coast, which is characterised by the dense mangrove vegetation while the bush track leading up and through the subject are characterised by savannah grassland and dense tropical forest bush.
Town Planning
As the land falls outside any Municipal Town Boundary, all structural developments are controlled by the Macuata Rural Local Authority in conjunction with the Directorate of Town and Country Planning.
The land is zoned ‘Rural Agricultural’ ideal for rural agricultural pursuits.
