EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of Fiji calls for expressions of interest for the purchase of the property described as Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 8032 known as the Kalabu Tax Free Zone ("KTFZ), located at Daniva Road, Valelevu, Nasinu.

The property consists of 9 vacant industrial lots and 8 factory buildings, a Customs and Adminstration building and a Service Centre Complex housing 8 commercial shops, 3 bulk stores and 1 manufacturing facility inclusive of a creche for working mothers.

Expressions of interest for KTFZ may be for the purchase of entire property or for the individual parcels of lots (strata titles).
